Refund Policy

1. General Policy

At Botmartz Academy, we are committed to delivering high-quality mentor-led AI programs. Due to the nature of digital education and the immediate access granted upon enrollment, all payments are generally non-refundable. However, we evaluate refund requests on a case-by-case basis.

2. Eligibility for Refund

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment
  • You must not have accessed more than 20% of the course or cohort content
  • Refunds are not available after a certificate has been issued
  • Refunds are not available for partially completed cohorts
  • One-on-one mentorship sessions that have already been conducted are non-refundable

3. Non-Refundable Items

  • Enrollment fees after 7-day window has passed
  • Completed mentorship or coaching sessions
  • Any add-on services or tools purchased separately
  • Cohorts where live sessions have already commenced

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at info@botmartz.com with the following information:

  • Your registered email address
  • Order or payment ID from Razorpay
  • Reason for the refund request

We will respond within 3 business days. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days via Razorpay.

5. Program Cancellation by Botmartz Academy

In the rare event that Botmartz Academy cancels a cohort or program before it begins, enrolled students will receive a full refund or the option to transfer to the next available cohort at no extra cost.

6. Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or a notice on the platform. Continued enrollment after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
