By accessing or using the Botmartz Academy platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use our platform. These terms apply to all users including students, instructors, mentors, and staff.

2. Platform Access

• You must be at least 13 years old to use this platform
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• You must not share your account with any other person
• You must provide accurate and truthful information during registration
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

3. Enrollments and Payments

• All payments are processed securely via Razorpay
• Enrollment fees are non-refundable once access to course materials has been granted unless otherwise stated
• Botmartz Academy reserves the right to modify pricing at any time with reasonable notice
• In the event of a failed payment, access to premium content may be restricted

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Botmartz Academy platform including but not limited to course materials, videos, code, text, graphics, and AI tools is the intellectual property of Botmartz Technologies or its content partners.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without written permission
• You may not record, screenshot, or share premium course content with non-enrolled users
• Your own submissions, projects, and work remain your intellectual property

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the platform to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users, instructors, or staff
• Upload or share malicious code, spam, or harmful content
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the platform
• Use AI tools or sandbox features for illegal or harmful purposes
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without permission

6. AI Features and Sandbox

Botmartz Academy provides AI-powered tools including an AI sandbox, AI tutor, and AI-generated content features. These are provided as-is for educational purposes. You are solely responsible for how you use AI-generated outputs. We do not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of AI-generated content.

7. Certificates

Certificates of completion are issued upon meeting the defined criteria for each cohort or course. Botmartz Academy certificates are proprietary and do not represent accreditation by any government or educational authority unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Botmartz Academy makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the platform's availability, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Botmartz Academy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of opportunity.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate your access to the platform at our sole discretion if you violate these Terms of Use, without refund or prior notice in cases of serious violations.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of material changes via email.
